Project: Residence Major Redesign

Operation: +4,000 sqft home built in 1980, requiring extensive exterior renovations per new owner wishes.

Issue: Due to the extensive changes to the exterior, the contractor wanted to provide 3D images of the planned renovations to help visualize and work through changes to the owner.

OCD Solution: 1) OCD field measured existing structure dimensions. (2) From contractor design information, OCD created a 3D model of new exterior designs. (3) From these images, the owner was able to visualize and understand the impact of all design requests through the build process.

Extras: (1) Aside from OCD providing 2D elevation drawings (2) Since a digital model had been created, taking it to a 3D print was easy!
